Our Founder
With nearly 25 years of experience in IPAC consulting across Canada, Marsha Schembri founded IPAC Protect to help healthcare providers meet and exceed regulatory infection control standards. She has worked with more than 10,000 dental support organizations, private practices, and government facilities. Through this work, she has provided education, audit support, dental compliance consulting, and hands-on guidance.
